Football
Grab a ball and a friend by the arm and have a blast on our large artificial grass football field or on our technical street court. Football in HimmerLand is a perfect gathering point to meet new friends.
11v11 artifical grass football field
You can play on our outdoor artificial grass football field year-round. The field is reserved for resort guests and homeowners but can occasionally be booked for events. When booking the field, it will be possible to have the lights turned on, allowing for play at various times of the day.
The football field is a 4th generation artificial grass field with organic granules and meets the requirements for use as an 11v11 field. In other words, it’s a football field of the same quality as those used for training at professional level. You’ll find our football field next to the two padel tennis halls.
On the field, you’ll find goals of various sizes. You can choose to play on 5v5, 7v7 or 11v11 goals. If you need a football, you can inquire at our reception and borrow one for a deposit of 50 DKK.
Don’t forget to stop by the grocery store and bring refreshments to the fields.
Prices:
- The field is reserved for resort guests, where you can simply enter the field and play. However, the field may be booked for special occasions.
- To book the artificial grass football field, you must have a minimum of 10 people, and catering is included in your field booking.

The Street Court
The street court is perfect if you want to improve your skills and practice fancy tricks with the football. But even though the court is small, there’s still a good opportunity to break a sweat.
If football isn’t your thing, you can also play basketball with the two basketball hoops hanging above the goals. The street court is a natural gathering point in HimmerLand for relaxation and play. It’s where many of our homeowners’ children come together to have fun and play.
The street court is located next to our padel tennis halls. If you need a football or basketball, you can inquire at our reception and borrow one for a deposit of 50 DKK.

- The court does not require a booking and is reserved for resort guests. You can freely enter and play on the street court.
