It’s hard to talk about golf in North Jutland without mentioning our popular Old Course. At Old Course, you’ll find a top-class golf course with beautiful lakes, lovely streams and cosy surroundings, well shielded by the course’s cosy wooded surroundings.
Did you know that some holes on Old Course are sometimes used in Made in HimmerLand? In 2020 both Hole 16 and Hole 18 were used.

Old Course – the golf course that keeps on delivering
Although New Course gets a lot of the attention at HimmerLand, most agree that the Old Course is the more beautiful of the two – and we agree. With a whopping 6 par 3 holes, the Old Course is a golf course that keeps challenging the technical skills. There are great demands for prudence and thoughtfulness when playing up to your handicap on the Old Course.
In the beautiful, hilly terrain, the Old Course winds elegantly between beautiful trees. Enjoy the course from either the yellow tee, 5.300 m, or the red tee, 4.600 m: welcome to the Old Course.

Standard playing time: 4 hours.

The New Course is the setting for Made in HimmerLand, which is part of the DP World Tour. The Academy Course is our Pay & Play course. Here, you can practice the short game on the course’s 6 par 3 holes, which are beautifully located at Sjørup Lake.
