Salve-in-Terra
Salve-In-Terra® is a unique spa treatment focused on quality time and well-being.
During the treatment, you are placed on the clay-filled Salve-In-Terra, which gently rocks and massages the nourishing clay into your skin.
The room fills with steam, and together with the rocking motions, it relaxes both body and mind. The treatment concludes with a light tropical rain.
After the treatment, you have the opportunity to shower and relax in the private lounge area, enjoying delicious snacks and sweet bubbles.

Rasul
Moroccan Rasul® is a unique bathing ritual focused on relaxation and well-being.
Before the treatment, you will receive four different types of clay, each to be applied to specific areas of the body. The cabin fills with steam, which opens your pores and activates the clay.
The clay has cleansing, exfoliating, and nourishing effects on the skin. The treatment concludes with a light tropical rain that rinses the body clean. After the treatment, you have the option to apply a luxurious oil for an extra boost of moisture and glow to the skin.

Cryotherapy
Cryotherapy is an effective treatment method where the body is exposed to cold using nitrogen.
The body is subjected to temperatures as low as -196°C for 3 minutes. The extreme cold aids in recovery, injury treatment, and injury prevention. Additionally, it has a positive effect on skin elasticity and can also help reduce stress.
Cryotherapy can assist with:
- Pain relief
- Faster recovery
- Improved skin elasticity
After the treatment, the body will feel energized, and you will notice a tingling sensation. It is important to drink plenty of water after cryotherapy.

Soft Pack/Luxury Soft Pack
The Soft-Pack treatment is focused on total relaxation. The treatment takes place in a type of bath, where you are enveloped by warm water—without actually being in contact with it.
You lie in a weightless state, allowing your nervous system to calm down and your muscles to relax. The treatment begins with a gentle massage along the lower back, which naturally relieves discomfort in the body.
At HimmerLand, you can experience it in two different versions: Soft Pack and Luxury Soft Pack. Both are designed to help your entire nervous system relax.
Soft Pack (45 min.) While lying in the Soft Pack, you will feel the cushion conforming to your body’s contours, providing a relaxing, weightless sensation. Soft music plays during the treatment.
Luxury Soft Pack (60 min.) Your entire body is treated with an exfoliating and nourishing papaya-melon wrap, while you also receive a delightful facial treatment. This includes a facial and scalp massage.
