Hotel
What does price guarantee mean?
With HimmerLand’s price guarantee, you can be sure that the price of accommodation is always competitive. This means that, if you see hotel accommodation including breakfast in HimmerLand cheaper with another agent, you can send documentation to himmerland@himmerland.eu and we will match the price.
When is check in/out?
Check-in from 15.00-22.00.
Of course, you’re welcome to ask if it’s ready ahead of time, but we can’t promise anything.
Please note that if you arrive later than 22:00, after reception is closed, please contact reception for more information.
Check out is from 6.00-11.00.
Ask at the reception if it is possible for your room/house to be extended. There will be an extra charge of DKK 100 per hour.
How do I pay?
Please be aware that, for the safety of your payment and other potential expenses, such as compensation, we reserve DKK 500 on your debit card at check-in.
On departure, the amount will be released if there is no other outstanding amount; otherwise, it will be deducted from your account.
If you have a gift card, this must be disclosed at the time of booking and the gift card must be brought to check-in.
How can I cancel my stay?
Cancellations must always be made in writing, so please email cancellations to himmerland@himmerland.eu as soon as possible.
Yes, you can buy cancellation protection, where it becomes possible you canel our booking untill 12 pm. on the day of arrival.
DKK 95/- per person when booked at the same time as the stay (same day).
DKK 145/- per person for bookings up to 14 days after the booking is made.
After 15 days, it is not possible to take out cancellation protection.

Can I book tidying of the room?
Yes, you can. It costs 125/- for a baby up to 3 years; 200/- for a child up to 12 years; and 350/- for adults.

How much does it cost to bring children?
For all stays, there are children’s and adult prices.
Children aged 4-12 years are half price.
Children under 3 stay free of charge in parents’ bed
Can we bring pets?
Yes and no.
We have hotel rooms and holiday homes where you are allowed to bring a dog or cat. It costs 200 DKK per stay in a hotel room and 300 DKK per stay in a holiday home.
Pets are not allowed in our suites.
Pets are not permitted in common areas, restaurants, the golf course, or the driving range.
Is there linen in the houses?
All vacation houses are furnished with bed linen and towels for the number of people booked.
Should I pay for parking?
No, we offer free parking when you visit HimmerLand.
You can park in our arrival and parking building, which has 432 parking spaces, or in the parking area located by HimmerLand Multihal.
You can also park by our padel tennis halls.
Can I charge my electric car?
Yes. We have 4 electric charger stands from Clever.
The charging power is 11 kW.
Bring your own charger cable.
What size are the beds in the hotel rooms?
In HimmerLand, you sleep well. All our rooms are furnished with twin double beds of very good quality. All mattresses are in size 90 × 200 cm.

At the resort, we offer coin laundry in the laundry room.
Sewing and shoe repair kits are available at reception (against payment).
Spa
Booking & arrival
Age limit: 16 years . There are family paddle days on selected dates, where children from 6 years will be admitted.
We recommend that you book your desired treatments and entrance in advance, as we cannot guarantee availability at short notice.
If you have medical problems or are pregnant, please inform us when booking so that we can give you the right treatment.
Meeting time is within 10 min. before a treatment in the wellness reception on the 1st floor. Treatment time includes welcome and guidance.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made no later than 6 pm. the day before your treatment
Cancellations later than this will be charged 50% of the booked price.
No-shows are fully charged.
Practical info for your visit
Remember your own swimwear.
It is possible to order extra care in Nordic Spa Himmerland.
You are not allowed to bring your own drinks, food or toiletries for use in the spa area.
If a mobile phone is brought, it is at your own risk and it must be on silent.
Nordic Spa has both male and female therapists.
Please note that events may be closed, dates may be sold out, changes may occur and printing errors may occur.
